A Photoshop panel that turns one design into hundreds of finished, perfectly named, perfectly sized mockups. The boring part is finally automated.
This is the actual interface. Click anywhere.

This option will require 2 vertical and 2 horizontal guides.
If enabled and the required guides are missing resizing and alignment will use the design smart object canvas.
Panel background and text follow Photoshop's theme. Uncheck to lock the panel to dark mode.
First column = template PSD filename (looked up in the Mockups folder). Other columns map to layer names: text layers get text values, smart objects get image paths from the Designs folder.
Opens each template once to confirm every CSV column has a matching layer. Safe to run anytime.
This is a fully styled preview. The real panel runs inside Photoshop and looks identical.
Every POD seller knows this loop. You shouldn't have to.
Open template. Double click. Replace. Save. Close. Open the next one. Try not to mess up the layer styles. Repeat 80 times.
One template wants a square crop, another a tall one. You eyeball it. You forget. The Etsy listing looks off and you redo half the set.
You wanted to try a new design, message a customer, take a walk. Instead you watched a progress bar that wasn't even there.
Built for the way you actually work, not how a software company thinks you do.
Every template × every design. Five templates and 10 designs gives you 50 finished images, in every format you tick.
Drive a whole campaign from a spreadsheet. One row per output, columns map straight to your layers.
Templates with front and back? Fill them with consecutive designs in stacking order. POD favorite.
Fit, fill, conform, native size. Nine-cell alignment grid. Or use Photoshop guides as your placement region.
WEBP, PNG, JPG, PSD, PDF. Auto sort into per-format subfolders so your Etsy uploads stay tidy.
Position, size, opacity, blend mode. Scales to canvas longest side so it looks consistent across portrait and landscape.
Line up tonight's work, hit Run All, walk away. Crash recovery built in. Nothing gets stuck mid-batch.
See exactly how many hours you got back this month. Because progress feels good when you can count it.
Run product catalogs, multi-language artwork, A/B variants, or seasonal collections from a single spreadsheet. First column picks the template, every other column maps to a layer.
Walk away. Come back to a finished catalog.
If your tee mockup has separate smart objects for front and back, the panel will fill them with consecutive designs from your folder. Pair as many as you need.
↑ all paired, all done in one batch
Build up jobs through the day, run them back to back, walk away. Every job snapshots its settings so changing things later won't mess up what's already queued.
Templates, designs, where to save. The panel remembers them between sessions so you only do this once.
Formats, naming pattern, watermark, fit method. Live preview shows you exactly how outputs will look.
Walk away. Make tea. Come back to a folder full of finished, perfectly named, perfectly sized art.
The kind of feedback that makes a Tuesday feel good.
"I run 3 Etsy shops and this just collapsed my Sunday batching from 4 hours to 20 minutes. The CSV mode is wild, I wish I had this two years ago."
"I run a small Etsy t-shirt shop with about 40 designs, just me. The multiple smart objects feature does front-and-back tees in one shot. That alone bought my evenings back."
"The queue saved my launch. I lined up 8 jobs the night before, woke up to finished WEBPs ready for my product page. 10/10."
"I track my hours obsessively. Used to spend 3 hours per product launch making mockups. Now it's 15 minutes flat. Paid for itself in a week, no exaggeration."
"I'm honestly not techy. I usually need my nephew for anything Photoshop-related. Figured this panel out in maybe 10 minutes on my own. The buttons just say what they do."
"The stats dashboard is dangerous in the best way. Watching the 'time saved' number climb every month is genuinely motivating. Cancelling Cre*tor *arket because of this."

I built Mockups Generator after watching a designer friend spend her Sunday batching 80 t-shirt mockups by hand for an Etsy launch. Open, click, replace, save, close, repeat. There had to be a better way, and I knew Photoshop's UXP API could do it. Six months later, here we are.
