You probably asked the same thing we did.

Will it work with my existing PSD templates?

Almost certainly yes. As long as the design slot is a smart object (or you can convert a layer to one in Photoshop), the panel can replace it. Stylized templates with masks, warps, and layer styles keep all of those because the panel only swaps the smart object's content, never its bounds.

Do I need to know Photoshop?

Not really. If you can open a PSD and find the smart object layer once when you set up a template, you're done. After that the panel handles every layer-swap, every export, every file name. You just pick your folders and press Run. Most non-designers are productive the same afternoon they install it. There's no Photoshop wizardry required to run a batch.

Which Photoshop versions are supported?

Photoshop 2023 (24.0) and newer, on Windows and macOS. The panel uses Adobe's UXP framework which is bundled with current Photoshop. No separate runtime to install.

What if I'm on a Mac/Windows?

Both work the same. The panel runs inside Photoshop's UXP framework, which is identical on macOS and Windows: same features, same speed, same shortcuts. We test on both before every release. Your license also moves between machines, so switching computers (or having one of each) is fine.

How is this different from free mockup sites like Placeit?

Placeit and similar sites are template libraries. Pick a mockup from their catalog, drop your design in, download. Great for quick one-offs. This is different: the panel works with your PSD templates (the ones you've licensed, bought from Creative Market, or designed yourself) and generates hundreds in a single run. CSV-driven catalog mode, your own watermark, any resolution you want, full Photoshop control over warps, color, masks, and lighting. Runs locally. No monthly export cap, no per-design fee, no being tied to someone else's library.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your Gumroad library and you keep access until the end of the billing period, then you move back to the Free tier. Your settings, queue, and saved folders stay put.

What if I run into a bug or hit a snag?

Email support@mockupsgenerator.com. Pro replies within 48 hours, Studio within 24. We read every message and we don't outsource support.

Do I get updates after I buy?

Yes, every update is included in your subscription. The panel checks for new versions on launch and shows a small banner when one is available, with a link to your Gumroad library.

What about a refund if it doesn't fit my workflow?

Full refund within 30 days, no questions. Request through Gumroad and your license deactivates automatically. We'd rather you be happy than stuck.
