This is the privacy policy for the Mockups Generator Photoshop panel and the website at mockupsgenerator.com.

What we collect

• Email address — to issue and manage your license, send transactional email (welcome, magic-link sign-in, receipts), and contact you about your account.
• License usage — the panel reports the number of completed batches per month so we can enforce the Free tier's 150/month limit.
• Device fingerprint — a random per-install identifier the panel generates and sends with each license check, to enforce the Pro/Studio device limits. It does not identify you personally.
• Hostname and OS family — shown in your account portal so you can recognize which device is which when managing slots.
• IP address and User-Agent — logged for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

What we do NOT collect

• Your design files, PSD templates, or any content generated by the panel. All file processing happens locally on your computer.
• Your Photoshop project contents.
• Telemetry on which features you use, what colors you pick, etc.

Payments

All purchases are processed by Gumroad, Inc., which acts as the merchant of record. We do not see, store, or have access to your payment card. See Gumroad's privacy policy for how they handle your payment details.

Third parties

• Gumroad — payment processing.
• Cloudflare — hosting and database.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.

No analytics or advertising trackers run on this site.

Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your account data by emailing support@mockupsgenerator.com. We respond within 7 days.
