Common questions
I bought Pro/Studio but the panel still says Free
Open the License tab in the panel and paste the key from your Gumroad receipt email. If you upgraded from Free, you may need to deactivate this device first (in your account portal) and re-activate with the new key.
I need to use the panel on a new computer but I'm at my device limit
Sign in at /account, find the device you no longer use, and click Deactivate. Then activate the new computer.
The panel is offline / can't reach the server
The panel works for up to 7 days without an internet connection (after a successful license check). If you've been offline longer, connect to the internet and click Refresh license in the License tab.
I refunded but the panel still works
Refunds take effect on the next license check (within 24 hours). After that, the license is revoked and the panel moves to the Free tier.
Can I share my license with my team?
Each license is for one person. The device limit lets you use it on multiple of your own machines (laptop + desktop, etc.). For team use, look at Studio (5 devices) or contact us about a team plan.
